All about hips and core. Start with a few low lunges, work into crescent pose with heart opening and fly into eagle, warrior 3, and handstand. At the peak, we attempt Eka Pada Galavasana (flying pigeon). Then we explore hip opening in backbends and finish on our backs in either half happy baby or leg behind the head.
